Yeah, it's not in the Bible, just as "Cleanliness is next to Godliness" and "God works in mysterious ways" and "God helps those who help themselves" is not in there either.Best of all, there's some extra subtle weaseling going on here: this being a comic, each letter of every word in the speech bubbles is capitalized, meaning that just as with any word we hear spoken, we can't be sure whether it's supposed to be capitalized or not. Wally could be referring to any written work he might think to be a bible for slackers, and to Snorlong the short-lived and purely imaginary god of slackers for all we know.

How sad am I that I actually used a computer program to search for this in the bible? lolHere's the closest thing I could find:

You have misquoted the Bible. You will need to explain why you misquoted God's word to God someday. You should have instead quoted John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, he gave his only son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life".
